English

Zhengzhou is a national central city, the capital of Henan Province, and one of China's Eight Great Ancient Capitals with a history spanning over 3,600 years.
The city is famously known as the "Cradle of Chinese Civilization," as it was the capital of the Shang Dynasty and is the legendary birthplace of the Yellow Emperor.
Zhengzhou is China's only "double cross" center for both its railway and high-speed railway networks, making it a vital national transportation hub.
The city is home to the world-renowned Shaolin Temple, the birthplace of Zen Buddhism and Shaolin Kung Fu, located at Mount Song.
Zhengzhou hosts two UNESCO World Cultural Heritage sites, including the "Historic Monuments of Dengfeng in the 'Centre of Heaven and Earth'".
It is a major commercial centre and home to the China Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, the first futures market designated by the State Council.
The city is also known as the "Green City of Central China" because of the many plane (chinar) trees planted along its main streets.
As a key hub for the Belt and Road Initiative, Zhengzhou has built an "Air Silk Road" and operates the China Railway Express (Zhengzhou-Europe), linking it directly to international markets.
