  • How often assets are subject to condition assessments

  • How often the Steering Committee meets
  • Who leads the development of Asset Management Plans, and the Asset Policy and Plan

The International Infrastructure Management Manual recommends the inclusion of a section on asset management practices within an Asset Management Plan, including a summary of;

  • AM data,
  • information systems,
  • processes (decision making) and
  • implementation tactics.
