Budget

A Budget is a plan for how an organisation or individual will spend their money.



At Manningham the overall budget is broken into two halves:

• Capital Budget
• Operating Budget

While Finance have the overall responsibility for both the operating and capital budgets, the IPMO is mainly responsible for the development of the Capital Budget.
