Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey
The Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey is an annual survey conducted by Local Government Victoria.
The survey compiles community feedback on councils in five key performance areas and a range of more specific service areas. The results are widely used by Victorian Councils to gauge how they are performing.
