State of the Assets Report


A State of the Assets Report is a report designed for Councillors and Senior Management reporting on; asset condition, asset performance, intervention levels, level of service monitoring and future financial sustainability options and consequences .


NAMAF

The National Asset Management Assessment Framework considers the preparation of an annual State of the Assets Report when determining whether a Council has reached an advanced level of asset management.

The NAMAF asks if "The Executive and Council are provided with an annual ‘State of the Assets’ report covering asset condition, asset performance, intervention levels, level of service monitoring and future financial sustainability options and consequences."
